Its main features are:
  • Invoice Management: Business owners can directly add products to the invoice as per customer's requests. This real-time invoice management system allows efficient handling of customer orders and smooth financial record keeping.
  • Customer Management: There's an ability to create, update, and delete customer profiles (be it business or private customers), and maintain their complete purchase history. This helps in monitoring customer buying patterns.
  • Product Management: Products can be added, edited, and deleted, and can also be categorized based on their usage e.g., groceries, drinks, and non-food items. Each product maintains a record of which customers purchased it and in which invoice.
  • Audit Trails: An audit logging system provides transparency by tracking all the modifications made to the product and customer information.
  • Notes feature: For every customer, product, and invoice, there is a handy "Notes" field for quickly jotting down important information or reminders. This would be particularly useful in high paced scenarios where the merchant doesn't have the time to navigate through the application for specific details.
  • Purchasing History and Repurchasing: Customers' purchasing information, including all the invoices and products purchased, are stored in their info tab. This not only provides valuable insights into customers' purchasing habits but also simplifies repurchasing for customers who want to buy the same list of products again.
